NatureWorks Student Art Competition - Sutton Award
NatureWorks Student Art CompetitionAs our society becomes more and more urban, humans have less and less opportunity to interact directly with nature. Television, movies and photography have become crucial links that connect us to the natural world. Through media and the visual arts, conservationists alert us to today's important environmental issues. They help us develop a greater understanding of the complex relationships upon which all life depends.

Create and submit a presentation piece that tells an intriguing story about a current conservation topic such as water, air or soil quality, or wildlife conservation. The project should specifically focus on your personal interest and/or involvement in conservation.

Although the 2009 deadline is past, look forward to the 2010 competition to win scholarship funds, up to $15,000 in cash or certificate of deposit.  This is an annual event with a deadline in the early spring.  We will update this page when more information becomes available.
